Are you our next MOC Lead?
Manages the risk in the Potash Business Unit associated with the Management of Change, ensuring that all changes associated with the sites and business unit follow Mosaic Management System policies and procedures. Ensures that MOC is incorporated in all Potash processes including Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, EHS, Engineering and R&D. Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Management of Change programs and tools in the Potash Business Unit in collaboration with Corporate, Phosphate and International.
What will you do?
Coordinate with Corporate, Phosphate Business Unit and International on Mosaic wide improvement of MOC and program and tools. Facilitate monthly MOC Coordinator conference calls and semi-annual face-to-face meetings.
Ensure regulatory, corporate and site safety and environmental standards are being followed by conducting safety audits, risk assessments and housekeeping tours. Ensure Management of Change program at sites and the business unit meet all Mosaic, Regulatory, and Code requirements.
Manage the risk associated with MOC by Interfacing with the site MOC Coordinators, as well as Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, R&D and EH&S to ensure that the required elements of the Mosaic Management of Change Program are in compliance. Facilitates and leads regular reviews and audits for the sites and business unit MOC program, and regularly review site/business unit MOC metrics/reports/scorecards.
Work with the sites on implementation, integration and sustainability plans to meet Mosaic’s MOC Program Standards, with regular reviews to determine gaps and opportunities for improvement of the policies, procedures, training and toolset. Ensures sites have a strong understanding of the programs and have the tools and training available to be successful. Provide coaching to MOC Coordinators on the MOC process, training and toolset.
What do you need for this role?
High School Diploma/GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred, major in Engineering.
3+ years of Change Management experience
