The Mosaic Company E-Procurement Assistant Sr in Lithia, Florida

Are you our next E-Procurement Assistant Sr.?

The E-Procurement Assistant Sr. will work with Mosaic Strategic Sourcing, Warehouse, Suppliers, And internal Customers to assist in purchasing and warehouse technology projects, services and contractor management projects transacted in Maximo, Cribmaster, Fieldglass and any other associates technology projects that may arise in the future.

What will you do?

  • Participate in managing documentation for updating and tracking tools to measure KPI’s.

  • Update SOP’s for the warehouse to ensure they remain relative to current operations.

  • Work with Inventory Control Specialist and warehouse to add or update warehouse policy or process changes in regards to technology project changes or updates.

  • Maintain data files for purpose of Supply Chain audit and SOX compliance documentation.

  • Utilize and execute various reports as needed using department software such as Maximo, Cribmaster, and OIS.

  • Ensure Global Service Desk tickets are routed to the appropriate team and work on process document for issue resolutions for Global Service Desk.

  • Utilize software to support the Warehouse Automation (RFID) project.

  • Support and document the Contractor Management System.

  • Ensure documented hours match invoiced hours and identify discrepancies.

  • Assist requestors and Suppliers in regards to Fieldglass and contractor management tracking and with management of change and training.

  • Work with vendors to expedite KIT purchase orders.

  • Maintain documentation for the standardized program for Planning-Kitting-Scheduling.

What do you need for this role?

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • 3-5 years of Microsoft Office.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Maximo.

  • Proficient in Fieldglass preferred.

  • Good organizational skills.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
