The Mosaic Company Manager Global Talent Management in Lithia, Florida

Are you our next Manager, Global Talent Management?

The Manager, Global Talent Management will lead the design, development and execution of integrated global talent management initiatives, processes and related tools and resources in alignment with Mosaic’s business strategies and in coordination with HR objectives and philosophy. This person will provide overall Talent Management expertise and support for key talent management strategies which engage employees, enhance organizational capabilities, and drive strong business performance and will influence, champion and measure effectiveness and impact of talent management strategic initiatives. In addition, this person will provide overall project leadership and management of global talent management initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Global Talent Management Programs/Processes: Design, develop, communicate, implement, manage, and track/measure the effectiveness and impact of Talent Management programs and processes in support of overall Talent Management strategic objectives. Talent management initiatives may include: strategic workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, career mobility/development, succession planning, top talent identification and development, leadership and professional development, learning solutions management, and/or coaching and individual/team/leadership assessment services.

  • Talent Management Initiatives: Provide organizational leadership and expertise on key talent management initiatives, including strategic frameworks, models, tools and resources and implementation best practices that enhance business performance and support talent management strategic objectives.

  • Talent Management Consultation: Consult and partner with global business/functional leaders and HR generalists to coordinate implementation of talent management initiatives and to facilitate the use of all program tools and resources for effective workforce planning. Continuously identify and implement talent management practices that add value to the business and simplify execution.

  • Budgeting: Provide budget leadership for integrated global talent management initiatives. Prepare business case and budget estimates for talent management projects. Partner in the annual talent management budget process. Track potential ROI/financial outcomes from talent management initiatives.

  • Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, positive, effective working relationships with HR partners and business/function leaders (become a trusted advisor). Actively participate in and contribute to the talent management team.

What do you need for this role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development, Organization Learning & Development, OD/OE, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or related degree required.

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in human resource development including at least 5 years of experience in 4 or more of the following required:

  • performance management,

  • employee engagement,

  • career mobility/development,

  • succession planning,

  • top talent identification and development,

  • strategic workforce planning

  • leadership and professional development,

  • learning solutions management,

  • coaching

  • individual/team/leadership assessment services

  • Assessment Instruments (MBTI, DiSC, 360’s, team assessments) required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

  • Performance management systems

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills

  • Excellent listening skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching and influencing skills

  • Ability to effectively work and build relationships with employees at all levels within the organization

  • Ability to effectively navigate a highly-matrixed organization

  • Proven team building skills

  • Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner

  • Demonstrated project management, consultative, and process management skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong judgment and decision making capabilities.

  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Self-motivated

  • Strong business acumen

  • Ability to travel within the U.S., Canada and Brazil up to 25% of time
