Are you our next Organizational Effectiveness - Talent Specialist?
As a business partner and an extension of the overall Human Resources Team, the Organizational Effectiveness - Talent Specialist will partner with the Human Resources team to deliver, execute and support initiatives related to the planning, engagement, and development of Mosaic’s talent and leaders to support Mosaic’s overall strategic direction and changing business needs. Initiatives will include, but are not limited to, Performance Management, Talent and Succession Planning, Leadership Development programs, and Workforce Planning.
What will you do?
Coordinate and administer the effective and efficient delivery of talent initiatives including employee engagement, talent management, leadership development, career management, people leader effectiveness, and other people development initiatives.
Execute and deliver Phosphate Business Unit engagement initiatives and programs.
Provide development support, program schedule coordination and periodic facilitation of internal training programs such as Leadership Fundamentals, Emerging Leaders and Leadership Catalyst.
Support development and delivery of EDGE and Talent Calibration materials through presentation or consultation with business and HR partners.
Serve as e-learning liaison by actively sourcing and promoting soft skills/ leadership development e-learning content within GrowingU.
Provide analytics and metrics for the Talent portion of the Phosphates HR dashboard.
Support site specific talent initiatives.
Build and maintain strong, positive, effective working relationships and keep close interaction with business to anticipant organizational talent needs and identify actions.
Facilitate use and understanding of talent resources as it relates to meeting deliverables across the business unit.
Liaise with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Services as appropriate. Employ a variety of communication strategies to ensure this workforce is receiving talent information in a timely and effective manner.
Participate in the development and execution of enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives to ensure Phosphates alignment with global philosophy and guidelines.
Work collaboratively with the COEs to ensure business unit needs are considered.
Provide analytics and metrics for the development of a strong Phosphates workforce plan and associated initiatives.
Provide support and act as liaison to the Phosphates Business Unit for the implementation of workforce plan initiatives.
What do you need for this role?
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
3 years of experience in talent development, training and development, organization development or a related Human Resources area. Candidates without a degree will require 6 years of this experience in lieu of degree.
Experience with delivering and executing enterprise talent development programs.
Experience with HR analytics and the ability to measure the impact of talent management programs and initiatives.
Experience in delivering and executing HR projects, programs and process improvements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Advanced Excel skills - including Pivot Tables
HRIS and learning/talent management systems experience.
Workday HRIS experience preferred.
Exhibit strong written, verbal, and listening communications skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels and diverse groups of employees.
Proven leadership abilities as well as being capable of handling confidential material in a professional manner is required.
Demonstrated project management, consultative, and process management skills.
Must be well organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong problem solving skills, able to multi-task, and self motivated.
