The Sales Service Representative is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements and expectations from point of sale through delivery of product and invoicing. Additional responsibilities will include being the primary contact for their assigned customers, support to account manager with responsibilities for all transaction activity post sale of products and services.

What will you do?

  • Day-to-day Integrated Business Planning tactical responsibilities for the entire contract to cash process for strategic and core customers.

  • SSR’s are responsible for managing and servicing individual accounts that are generating potentially upwards of $300MM in revenue.

  • SSR’s are responsible for monitoring customer activities specific to order accuracy and changes, and ensuring KPI’s and SLA targets are met as documented by leadership to ensure customer deliverables.

  • Ensuring accurate data outputs for Customer Delivery Strategy requirements.

  • Developing customer acumen, focus on customer business drivers related to order management.

  • Review order performance to Demand Calendar to analyze order impacts and perform adjustments as required to improve predictability of shipments.

  • Manage consumption logic in SAP to ensure that the contract schedule represents a realistic view of remaining contract commitments and solicit customer orders for contract fulfillment.

  • Drive integrated customer conversations with business partners. Must be able to negotiate conflicting business priorities to best serve the customer.

  • Speak to complex supply chain business process and concepts.

  • Managing sensitive and confidential customer information; and as demand represent the business to voice crucial conversation related to service with customer.

  • Serve as a customer advocate with the responsibility ascertaining customer requirements and ensure the requirements are met. Responsibilities can include customer visits and/or participation in Customer Delivery Teams.

  • SSRs are responsible for enforcing our Customer Data Governance and ensuring business alignment.

  • SSR’s may be delegated a leadership responsibly specific to team performance goals requiring them to drive deliverables among their peers.

  • Manage Barge Demurrage approvals and invoicing.

  • Manage Customer Delivery Strategy daily huddle to back-up lead when needed.

  • Monitor, report and execute Purchase In Place activities for Revenue Recognition efforts.

  • Participate in customer visits and presentations on behalf of Mosaic Customer Service with account teams and leadership.

  • Represent Customer Service in internal presentations to drive alignment and awareness.

  • Support Business to Business connection technologies with customers. Drive conversations to IT for resolution, when needed.

  • Drive intitiatives to improve Customer facing activities and provide support in projects where needed to optimize customer satisfaction.

  • Attend customer and commercial events where needed.

What do you need for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing sales service role in Supply chain, Manufacturing, Product Management, Logistics or related industry/field.

  • Experience in making informed but quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience interacting with customers and cross-functionally within business to troubleshoot, problem solve and provide issue resolution.

  • Presentation Skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with CRM preferred.

  • Experience with SAP preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and use new software applications.

  • Preferred knowledge of Salesforce.com

  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage conversations with customers to various levels of their organization.

  • Very high level of conflict resolution skills.

  • Must be customer focused.

  • Demonstrate relationship-building skills.

  • Strong teambuilding and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to effectively work with employees at all levels within the organization and external customers, supplies and vendors.

  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities at a high pace during peak seasons.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of time.
