Are you our next Senior Transformation Analyst?
We are currently seeking a Senior Transformation Analyst out of our FishHawk office located in Lithia, Florida. This person will be responsible for the compilation, analysis and decision support preparation of financial and operational data to key business objectives and initiatives supporting transformation and ongoing strategic plans.
What will you do?
Analyst: Apply advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization principles to derive insights data. Analyze and/or adapt existing data sources for new and changing business requirements, initiatives and processes. Provide financial and analytical decision support, facilitate other process improvement activities, and prepare various ad hoc analyses. Challenge the business and provide a forward thinking approach to business solutions which drive value. Research potential solutions; make recommendations to meet business objectives.
Modeling/Data Architect : Develop and deliver models utilizing wide array of modeling software to provide support and ensure alignment to business decisions. Build, manipulate, maintain and implement databases, data structures, and data processes to meet business needs. Collaborate with others to categorize and aggregate data to develop and improve dashboards.
Special Projects / Adhoc requests : Partner with Finance or Operational Leadership to respond to inquiries or adhoc requests. Participate in special projects as needed.
Collaboration: Build strong relationship with business stakeholders, learn business processes and logics, gather business requirements. Lead or participate in the preparation of Phosphates business performance to include Transformation progress. Partner with key stakeholders (PBT and leadership- Phos) to challenge the business to ensure value while meeting established goals.
What do you need for this role?
Bachelor’s degree required.
Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Other relevant degree preferred.
5 years of prior experience in working with financial data required.
Experience with data warehouses and data modeling required.
Experience working with operations or cross-functional teams required.
Experience working on multiple projects / initiatives required.
Advanced Excel skills required.
SQL, Qauntrix systems experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient experience in querying and reporting from relational databases.
Must have critical thinking, organizational, and project management skills.
Demonstrated self-starter and self-motivator.
