The Mosaic Company Training Project Specialist in Lithia, Florida

Are you our next Training Project Specialist?

We are currently seeking a Training Project Specialist for our FishHawk Office located in Lithia, Florida.

The Training Project Specialist works collaboratively with key stakeholders throughout the Phosphates business unit to project manage the design, development and delivery of high impact, results-focused training programs and initiatives that align with business unit needs and achieve expected learning objectives on a variety of operational, organizational, and business specific skills. Successful deliverables will integrate knowledge of sound adult-learning principles and will utilize the most effective delivery methods (E-learning, blended learning, on-demand learning, interactive learning and instructor-led learning) for the situation.

What will you do?

  • Learning Development Project Management: Perform training needs analysis, audience analysis and task analysis. Recommend solutions including a plan for change. Partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to project manage the design, development and delivery of appropriate instructional materials and content for training programs, ensuring the appropriate use of instructional design methodologies and technologies. Manage external Instructional Designers to ensure they effectively develop instructional materials/assets that meet stakeholder needs. Create, maintain and communicate project/training plans to ensure timely delivery of training materials and programs.

  • Material Development: design and develop training materials including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, skills assessments, job aids, and other performance support tools using accepted standards.

  • Outcome Evaluation: Measure and evaluate training program effectiveness and provide data for use in training metrics. Review and evaluate training courses, objectives and accomplishments and modify programs when appropriate.

  • Facilitate Learning: Effectively facilitate training and development activities for varied topics to all levels of the organization.

What do you need for this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required with 2 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED accepted with 5-8 years of experience in the following:

  • Project Management

  • Project Planning

  • Business Analysis

  • Relationship Building skills

  • Training Development

  • 1-2 Years prior experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment preferred

  • 1-2 Years Microsoft Office Suite required
