Are you our next IT Security Awareness Analyst?

The IT Security Awareness Analyst supports the Mosaic IT security strategy by participating in the development and execution of a highly engaging security awareness and training program. Responsibilities will include developing an annual communications plan, working with the Information Security team to develop relevant security awareness content, and delivering content through multiple communications channels and measuring content consumption and effectiveness. In addition, this person will develop, operate and report user security awareness training events, which can include presentations, roadshows, phishing simulations and annual compliance certifications.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute the annual cybersecurity awareness and training plan.

  • Develop an annual communications plan, which will include working with the Information Security team to develop and deliver relevant security awareness content through multiple communications channels.

  • Measure and analyst content consumption and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with multiple stake holders and the Mosaic user community to develop and distribute relevant and highly engaging multi-media content to support the annual cybersecurity awareness and training plan.

  • Operate and manage phishing simulation campaigns, including remedial training, campaign effectiveness measurements and summary reporting of individual campaign results and time horizon trending.

  • Assist the Information security team with broader communications and Mosaic user community outreach as needed.

  • Other job duties and projects as assigned.

What do you need for this role?

  • Associate’s Degree in Communications, Information Security or related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Security or related field preferred.

  • Relevant communications or information security industry certifications preferred.

  • 3+ years of communications experience, which will include the design of newsletters, posters, training tools, infographics and marketing materials that are consuming by a global audience.

  • Ability to form complex communications/messages in a simple, clear and concise manner to various levels throughout the organization.

  • Awareness of common cybersecurity principles.

  • Basic understanding of cyber threat actor tactics and techniques.

  • Proficient with common productivity suites including Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with graphic design, video editing and web development suites, such as Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Knowledgeable of common content delivery technologies and capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal, written, listening and communication skills.

  • Ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.

  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization (business partners, IT management, leadership) and external vendors, and consultants.

  • Demonstrated problem solving techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Solid interpersonal skill with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team across the organization. Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Candidates that are bilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese with fluency in speaking, reading and writing are preferred.
