The Mosaic Company Manager, Global Cybersecurity in Riverview, Florida

The Manager, Global Cybersecurity is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the Mosaic Global Cybersecurity Program. This person will serve as a subject matter expert for information and system protection, provide leadership to the Cybersecurity Operations team, and provide guidance on information protection practices to both corporate (IT) and operations (OT) personnel and business process stakeholders.
What will you do:
Manage the daily operations of the Mosaic Cybersecurity Program.Develop and maintain Mosaic’s global information security architecture. Routinely audit and monitor compliance with Mosaic security standards and policies. Oversee security operations (SOC) and incident response activities and manage the investigation and documentation of policy violations and other security incidents.
Lead the development of strategy and design for security-related initiatives, including automated application control systems, simplified sign-on and electronic security infrastructure of Mosaic network systems. Establish and operate security certification processes for corporate and operational systems. Develop and maintain standards for secure system implementations based on current platforms, to include endpoint, server, storage, cloud, IoT, and network technologies.
Work with cross-functional teams on new projects, assessing security ramifications and providing consultation during the project development phase to enable business requirements as securely as possible.Support internal and external audit teams on Mosaic IT controls audits. Oversee the development of IT and business communications relating to security awareness and best practices.
Provide mentoring and coaching to junior team members. Provide daily work direction, manage workload and evaluate resource requirements.
Other projects and job duties as assigned. Keep current with security alerts, advisories and exploits, assess risk and lead Mosaic teams toward an appropriate response.
What do you need for this role:
Bachelor's Degree required with a preferred major in Computer Science or Information Systems
CISSP certification required
CISA, CISM, GCFA, GCIH or other relevant technical certification preferred
8+ years of technology experience, 5 of which must be hands-on experience in information security
Prior experience leading technology and/or security teams
Strong experience assessing and implementing cloud security
Strong experience assessing and implementing host-level security for Windows.
Experience working with third-party vendors and consultants.
Experience leading security operations (SOC) and incident response (IR) activities
Experience working within blended IT and OT (operational technology) systems
Security audit, operating system, and application hardening experience.
Moderate middleware, application, and database security experience.
Moderate experience in network security with firewalls in a 24x7 production environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Visio and Project
Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation communication skills
Ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
Experienced in using knowledge to create value
Strong organizational and planning skills as well as attention to detail
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
